I wanted to take this opportunity to let
you know that Jodie Johnson provided my company with excellent service
in helping us resolve an issue with our vendor. We had sent checks to
the vendor covering 401(k) contributions in 2010 for some of our
employees, but these checks were never reflected in the account.
Nevertheless, our records reflected that these checks were cashed. Due
to some superb detective work on the part of Jodie, the vendor found the
money and will be arranging for it to be deposited appropriately. I am
truly grateful to Jodie for her efforts and the results she obtained!
