Intac Actuarial Services has been providing full-service plan administration and consulting to employer sponsored retirement plans since 1977. Intac assists employers of all sizes with the design, implementation, administration and communication of a wide range of retirement plans. We are committed to providing these services to our clients in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner.

Meet Our Team

Max Rosenberg, EA, MAAA
Founder & President
Enrolled Actuary

Max Rosenberg, president of Intac Actuarial Services, Inc., founded the firm in 1977. He is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and an Enrolled Actuary (E.A.).

With over thirty years of experience in pension consulting and actuarial practice as well as accreditation by the Departments of Treasury and Labor Joint Board for the Enrollment of Actuaries, Max is frequently called upon to lecture on a full range of retirement plans and important industry topics.

In 1979, he introduced the SMART Pension System – a line of software developed especially for actuaries and pension plan administrators. This comprehensive pension administration software is used in-house by Intac and is also currently licensed by many companies and actuarial practices nationwide.

Max holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, New York and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from Brooklyn College, Brooklyn, New York.


Harry Rosenberg, CPC
Vice President
Certified Pension Consultant

Harry Rosenberg, vice president of Intac Actuarial Services, Inc. is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and a Certified Pension Consultant (CPC). He brings to the firm over twenty-five years of experience in all aspects of pension consulting, in addition to years of experience in the field of Public Accounting.

Harry received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada.


Charles Rosenberg, CRA, CRC, AIFA
Vice President

Charles Rosenberg, is vice president of Pension Services. His expertise includes consulting in all forms of Defined Contribution/401(k) and Defined Benefit Plans. Charles also lectures frequently on various Qualified Retirement Plan topics.

His primary responsibilities include the sales and marketing of the services offered by Intac. Charles also monitors the maintenance and quality control of various types of plans and oversees a staff of professional administrators and marketing personnel. Prior to his association with Intac, he was Vice President of Finance at Oxford Medical.

Charles is a Certified Retirement Counselor and Administrator (CRC, CRA), and has attained the designation of an Accredited Investment Fiduciary Auditor (AIFA). He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Touro College in New York City.
